ClaimCare is a software product of Concious Tech. We build tools for the billing and TPA desks of small and mid-sized hospitals in India.

Many insurance claims come back with queries or deductions because of simple paperwork gaps: a missing report, a code that doesn't match the procedure, an unsigned form. ClaimCare checks each claim file before it goes to the insurer, lists what is missing, and prints a one-page clearance slip.

ClaimCare is business software sold as a monthly or yearly subscription to hospitals. It does not treat patients, give medical advice, or make clinical decisions — those always stay with the hospital's doctors.
